NUMRUSH (parent company of Ezee VPN) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and as a step in this direction, we have a no questions asked 30-Day Moneyback Policy. Under this policy:
- Money-back guarantee is only applicable on first purchase and not renewals.
- In case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact support@ezeevpn.com. This should be reported within 30 Days from the Date of your first purchase. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of refund request beyond 30-Days or on renewals, it will be at the sole discretion of NUMRUSH, whether or not to entertain such requests as such.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the NUMRUSH, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- 30-Day Money-back is only applicable for purchases made through the ezeevpn.com website. Purchases made through Play Store / App Store are not eligible for the 30-Day Money-back guarantee.
